The part-time assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and delivering customer service with the highest quality in a timely manner. This person will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Duties include: answering main phone line, communicating via phone and email, coordinating and maintaining multiple travel schedules and conference arrangements, organizing meetings, and other general office support and varies bookkeeping functions. Strong organization and time management skills, a can-do attitude, and great communication skills are desired. Prior office experience along with proficiency in MS Office preferred.
