Location: Mitchell, SD
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-4:45pm, 40 hours per week

Job Description: Turnover and Common Area Cleaner is responsible for completing unit turnover cleanings and common area cleanings of apartment complexes, as directed by Maintenance Foreman.
Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
Work with property manager and regional supervisor with scheduling of units to be cleaned.
Complete turnover cleaning checklist for each unit scheduled within the time frame assigned.
Document all items that were cleaned, and follow up with property manager and maintenance foreman.
Assist with public area cleaning as needed and assigned, which may include, but not limited to, vacuuming hallways, cleaning laundry rooms and entry ways.
Assist with outside grounds work such as picking up trash and pulling weeds.
Property Cleaner will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties. Property Cleaner will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely. EOE
Requirements: 1-3 years of previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience highly recommended.
