Delivery Driver – Full Time
Shift: Full-time, Weekday (Monday – Thursday) 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. (Fridays as needed)
Position Summary: Individual will make deliveries using SD Industries one-ton truck and 42-foot flatbed trailer. Drivers are home every night. Most deliveries are less than 300 miles from SD Industries plant.

Position Reports to: Shipping Lead
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver product to customers as needed.
- Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
- Use forklift, pallet jack, pallet wrappers, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect trucks to ensure working conditions of brakes, lights, wipers, windshield, and other safety equipment in the truck.?
- Maintain record of goods and freight loaded and unloaded.?
- Adhere to all safety, DOT and FMCSA standards
- Assist Shipping Department lead preparing shipments and tracking inventory.
- Performs cleaning and maintenance duties as required.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
- Overtime may be required.
- Class A CDL required.
- Commercial driving experience. (1 year)
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Knowledgeable of ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
- Knowledgeable of DOT and FMCSA Regulations and Compliances
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must pass DOT Drug Test
- Stand, bend, walk and sit 1-10 hours per day
- Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50-pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Use of forklift, pallet jack, pallet wrappers, and other material handling equipment
- Ability to work overtime to meet the needs of our customers
