- Operate production machines and equipment
- Meet established production standards
- Make machine set-ups
- Measure and aligns materials to be used
- Inspects finished products
- Follow ALL safety requirements
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely
- Performs cleaning duties as required in accordance with company standards
- Supports other areas of production functions as needed
- Strives to improve departmental performance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to read and write legibly
- Be able to use measuring equipment (Tape Measure-Caliper)
- Able to follow instructions
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and management
- Stand, Bend, walk and sit 1-10 hours per day
- Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50-pounds
- Good hand eye cordination
- Able to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of our customers
