    Job Description
    Summary: Develop, implement, and audit safety program for factory operations. 

    Essential Functions: 
    1. Develop and maintain factory safety policy and support the safety manager. 
    2. Conduct safety inspection and audits. 
    3. Conduct analyses that include trend and root cause research. 
    4. Lead Investigations into accidents and mishaps. 
    5. Create reports to inform factory leadership on all aspects of safety status. 
    6. Lead and coordinate safety-related activities such as committee meetings, training, evacuation drills, maintain documentation etc. 
    7. Provide recommendations for improvements and investments to Management. 
    8. Understand and apply federal and state occupational safety and health regulations to factory operations and support preparation of documents for the factory to comply with regulations.  
    9. Maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures.
