- Trains and manages Warehouse employees on the assigned shift, including new hires.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory/warehouse - HELPING ALL WAREHOUSE STAFF
- Uniformly enforces and acts as a role model in the adherence to company rules, policies and procedures
- Assigns personnel to specific areas or projects and assists personnel through education and training to improve understanding.
- Troubleshoots and solves any issues that arise.
- Notifies manager of warehouse related problems, delays, issues, etc.
- Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Oversees Warehouse operations on assigned shift.
- Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
