Shift Manager needed to provide leadership coverage and manage the store operations in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Duties include receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures and prepare the product to go to the floor for merchandising. Performs all aspects of store operations to include: loading/ unloading trucks, transporting merchandise, stocking shelves and coolers, running reports and assisting customers.
This position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented. Must possess supervisory skills and abilities.
