    Job Description
    Innovative Systems, L.L.C., specializing in hardware & software products for the North American telecommunications industry, is currently accepting resumes for Customer Care Support Specialist.
    The key duties of this position would include assisting software end users by providing a great customer service experience; provide formalized training to educate end users how to navigate the eLation software; and pinpoint software deficiencies and test software fixes.
    Job requirements: 2+ years experience in the software or telecom industry preferred, bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or information technology preferred, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously, self-motivated, self-driven, open to change, and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
