2026 Mitchell Day at the Legislature

Join the Government Affairs Committee of the Mitchell Chamber for Mitchell Day at the Legislature!

On Thursday, February 19, we’ll travel together to Pierre to spend the day at the State Capitol connecting with legislators and gaining firsthand insight into the legislative process.

🚌 Transportation:
We’ll depart from the Mitchell Chamber of Commerce at 7:00 a.m. sharp and return to Mitchell by approximately 6:00 p.m.

🍽️ Cost:
$25 per person, which includes lunch. Registration is required and we have limited spots available. 

📋 Agenda:

• Travel from Mitchell to Pierre
• ​Capitol welcome and presence at the Legislature
• Committee meeting observations
• Meet with constitutional officers and state leaders
• Lunch and keynote speaker at the Pierre Chamber of Commerce
• Recognition on the House and Senate floors
• Return trip to Mitchell
