    True Fitness and the Mitchell Area Optimist Club team up to bring you Family, Fun & Fitness!  This event is fun for the whole family and is open to all ages.  There will be an obstacle course along with balance and strength stations.  Refreshments will be provided plus we are giving away prizes!
