    Job Description

    Dakota Wesleyan University, a private, four-year, liberal arts university in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (NAIA) is seeking a Head Softball Coach. This is a twelve-month, fully benefited position, includes all aspects of leading and managing a nationally competitive program within the guidelines of the NAIA, GPAC and DWU, as well as additional duties within the university as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Successful collegiate coaching and recruiting experience
    • Master’s degree in the sport sciences or related degree preferred
    • Display integrity, excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
    • Dedicated to retaining and graduating their players
    • Embody a coaching philosophy grounded in player development
    • Commitment to the mission of DWU and its values of learning, leadership, faith, and service
