Location: Mitchell, SD | Type: Full-Time
WHERE PASSION AND FUEL MIX It started in a 700-sq.-ft. shed and a high-speed wobble on the Salt Flats. Today, Klock Werks has grown into a 30,000-square-foot campus across three buildings in Mitchell, South Dakota, but our "garage builder" heart hasn't changed. We are a Krew fueled by our passion for motorcycles, faith, family, and community.
We’re looking for an Assembly Technician to join us in our dedicated assembly warehouse and the final step in a journey that ends with a happy customer.
THE ROLE As an Assembly Technician, you are the Final Eyes. You’ll be responsible for assembling the motorcycle parts and accessories that riders across the globe trust. Reporting to the Assembly Lead, you'll be a vital part of a close-knit team that values hard work and high standards. Because our Krew is the face of the brand, you might even find yourself featured on our social media or traveling with us to major rallies to see our parts in the wild.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
The Final Touch: Meticulously assemble Klock Werks parts, ensuring every piece meets the quality and standard we are known for.
-
Quality First: Act as the final check before a product goes out the door. If it isn't right, it doesn't ship.
-
Krew Collaboration: Work daily within our assembly team, but stay ready to lend a hand in other areas, like shipping in the main warehouse, when the Krew needs it.
-
Represent the Brand: Bring your passion to the job every day. Be willing to travel to national (and occasionally international) rallies to support the brand.
-
Work with : Maintain speed and efficiency in assembly process while being accountable to quality and integrity of the end-product.
WHO YOU ARE
-
Efficiency-First: You naturally are always thinking of a faster and better way to do tasks and save time.
-
Diligence is Your Middle Name: You take pride in following instructions and getting the details right every single time.
-
Team Player: You thrive in a close-knit environment where everyone has each other's backs.
-
Need for Speed: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-
Community Oriented: You have a passion for your work and your community and want to work somewhere where that passion is celebrated. Passion for the industry or previous experience is a plus but not required.
THE PERKS
-
Full-Time Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision options plus 401k eligibility.
-
The Culture: Be part of a community, not just a staff.
-
The Fun: Be part of rallies, plus regular team events and outings.
