Position Highlights:- Student Loan Repayment: We help you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will be put toward your principal balance.

- Some of our RN opportunities include: Emergency Unit, PACU, Pre Anesthesia Call Center, Surgery, Visit Nurse, Women's Center, and more!
- A Registered Nurse (RN) provides substantial care for patients while educating them on managing health. RNs have a wide scope of responsibilities that include creating nursing care plans, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests and providing treatments.
- Rural nurses have close ties to the communities they serve through every day interactions. Along with a passion for small-town living, their practice often gives them a good amount of autonomy and independence due to fewer patient numbers spread out over larger areas.
