Roll Tender - Night Shift

Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
12-hour shifts
Rotating 3-2-2 schedule
Every other weekend off
Overtime available as needed
What You'll Do
As a Roll Tender, you'll help keep production running smoothly by supplying materials to printing presses, monitoring operations, and assisting the press team with setup and production tasks.
Responsibilities
Load and prepare materials for production
Assist with machine setup and changeovers
Monitor product quality throughout the production process
Help maintain equipment and work areas
Follow safety and production procedures
Support Press Operators as needed
Perform other production-related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
