Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, and facility spaces
- Perform light laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the community
- Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
- Complete daily assignments efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Work independently while communicating effectively with fellow team members
- Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
- Friendly, dependable, and professional
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing housekeeping equipment
- Starting wage of $16 per hour
- Full-time schedule (32–40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays
