- Program and operate waterjet machine to cut a wide variety of insulation sheets using a very high-pressure
jet of water.
- Fit Pre-Cut Insulation Sheets into Panels for Geothermal Units, making sure all parts are correct,
match work orders, are installed properly, and are of good quality.
- Inspection of all components for damage before installing
- Assemble by ensuring all parts are secure and square
- Fill out all paperwork required (i.e. quality checklist, job traveler forms, etc.)
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized workstation by sweeping floor, taking garbage out when bags are full
- Load program files into computer
- Select programs in the computer for waterjet to cut
